The Journal 1 : Natural Phenomena

 

 

 

 

 

 

This is my first journal assignment that I had to do for this subject. The first journal's title was 'Natural Phenomena'. Our lecturer was nice enough to give us the chance to pick our own topic to design and elaborate about. For me, I chose the aurora borealis. Aurora borealis are actually the coloured moving lights in the sky that often happens in Canada or Siberia. Fun fact: I knew about the existence and beauty of the aurora borealis from the movie Brother Bear. I remembered one of the bears was at the tip of the mountain lurking at the sky, then beautiful moving colored lights which was the aurora borealis, appeared.

 

I had tons of fun doing this journal because I get to research on something I am intrigued to research about. I have always had a thing for auroras and to be given the chance to research about it especially when it's for an assignment, it feels so good. I have gained tons of knowledge through doing a lot of research as well as looking through aurora photos to give me ideas on the designs of my journal.
