For my first project, it requires group work. In a group of 5 or 6 people, one type of drawing will be chosen by the lecturers for each group, and later the groups will need to investigate the drawing. Each group must discuss and research as a mean of communication. Once the legitimate data is gathered, each group must work together and produce a powerpoint presentation.

 

The types of drawing are listed as below:-

• Architectural drawings

• Interior architecture drawings

• Planner drawings

• Product design drawings

• Quantity surveying drawings

• Landscape architecture drawings

• Engineering drawings

I grouped up with Deenie H'yatt, Daniel Song, Gabriel Chin, Hirendran and Satesh Raj for this project. We all divided the work and the subtopics to research on to lessen the burden of the work that needed to be done. My group was given the drawing 'Product design drawings', which is actually a tough subject to work on according to our tutor - Miss Ann See Peng. But that did not stop us from trying our best to find the information that was needed.

Overall, it wasn't too shabby for our first project for this subject. What I learned and gained from doing this assignment was I definitely gained more friends, and I also gained knowledge in how product design drawings generally look like. I also initially thought it would be awkward for me in the group since I'm the only odd female member there is, but to my surprise the boys and I clicked pretty well and are now best buddies.
