For my final project, I was asked to choose a specific empty land of 10mx10m. I shall then propose an area that serves one of the following purposes.

 

• Recreation Area

• Commercial Area

• Industrial Area

• Agricultural Area

• Tourism Area

• Residential Area

 

I teamed up with Hazel Crisostomo for this project. We both chose a vacant area located beside the stairs that head towards Maharajalela LRT station. We decided to propose a budget hotel. This is due to the fact that the area is close to the lrt station and it's convenient for people to stay there after a long ride in the lrt.
