Our first assignment was to team up in a group of 4, and come up with a business that we would like to start with. After we have selected the business we would like to do, a powerpoint presentation must be done for our presentation skills to be graded and for our class and lecturer to have an in-depth understanding about what our business is all about. My group mates that I worked with were Choo Zi Zhao, Chin Vin Yan and Hiren Siva. Yeah, I was the only girl in the group but at least I was the rose among the thorns right? Somehow.

 

The business we came up with was a submarine business that acts like a cruise ship and has features just like the famous cruise ships. Eg. Star Cruise. We named our business - Cruistopher because we wanted it to sound cool to us, and of course we were very much comfortable with the name so, why not? If you take a listen to what we presented in the video below, you would understand everything about our business. All in all, this assignment was a good experience for me as I slowly got out of my comfort zone through presenting. Designing the slides was easy, but presenting got me really scared but I guess I slowly grew out of my fear of presenting due to this assignment. Kudos to the existence of this assignment!
