For my final project, my whole class was asked to group together in a group of 5 to 6. As for my group, we have 5 people altogether. My team members are Wade Lim, Chan Tian Ji, Siti Nur Fatahiah and Atiqah Syasya. There's an individual work and group work for this assignment.

 

Firstly, to kick off the project we must complete our individual work first. For our individual work, we were asked to do a report proposal about a future city. I came up with a city named Pacifica. It is slightly inspired by Atlantis even though Atlantis doesn't exist. It's part futuristic part greecian. The main purpose of this is for the lecturers to choose who's city in each group gets chosen to proceed to the next task which is the group work. As for my group, my friend's Atiqah Syasya's city got chosen, and it's called Neptune. When my group and I started the model building, we were on the right track because we were the first in our course to finish like 10% of it. But this one unfortunate day, all of our tools and things we bought for the model building were all gone. For instance, glue guns, expensive wood, paint, mounting boards, glue, penknives etc. We had to buy everything back again to replace the lost or stolen ones. Hence, our delay in finishing up the model building. Of course, this is not a reason to finish up late but I guess it was just plain bad luck on my group for getting sabotaged that cruelly(maybe). But my group and I shrug that aside and think of all thing's positive, and bonded while completing the model building. Everyone contributed evenly which made me really happy. Although the feedbacks my group and I got on submission day wasn't really amusing, we still think that we did a not too shabby job, considering our unfortunate scenario. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Overall, this project has made me learned how to do zoning. I have never heard of zoning before and the fact that I learn something new when every project comes up, I feel really ecstatic because it's worth the money I paid for this course. I also made a mistake while completing this task which was completing and submitting it late. Again, I blame myself for it because of my bad time management. Therefore, I have no reason to repeat the same mistakes again in the future. It also made me treasure sleep more. I rarely slept whilst finishing the model building. It made me think twice about taking sleep for granted next time.
